All orders take 2-7 working days to process then are dispatches with Royal Mail using 24 or 48 hour signed delivery.
Working days are Monday to Friday.
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items, which have not been received.
Please note that especially during busy periods that 24hour tracked and special delivery service from Royal Mail is not guaranteed. But will be quicker then normal services they provide.
We DO NOT accept returns for any item that has been personalised
Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
- Any products that we have made, personalised, or customised specifically for you
- Please read our size guide carefully. We are not at fault if the items are too big/small.
- If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production
- Unacceptable condition: make up stains, human or pet hairs etc.
Please be sure of your purchase before ordering and feel free to ask any questions if you need too.
I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer services quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will rectify immediately and make sure then correct product arrives within 72hours of you getting in contact.
Damaged Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must get in touch within 14 days of receiving your product. After this time, we hold no responsibility.
In a rare occasion you do have a damage item we do ask for pictures for our records or sometimes a return of the item so we can replace the issue
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, simply get in contact with our customer support team either via the form on the contact page or on the telephone.
Embroidery
Please note, with all embroidery items with the nature of embroidery, the embroidery may have some kinks. The letters will not be flush against the garment like vinyl. At the back of all garments, you will also see a backing. This is a stabiliser and we do recommend keeping this on to make your embroidery look its best keep in tact throughout its lifetime!
Washing
Please refer to our wash care labels.
We strictly do not advise tumble dry products.
We advise to always wash inside out
Please note any damages caused by washing will not be at our responsibility. We will not replace any items that we find have been damaged during washing.
Do not iron over vinyl text (if your item is vinyl)
We recommend you do wash all items before use. It is also recommended to wash all newborn baby clothes.
Candle
All candles are handmade and may have slight variation in colours and appearance. However, this will not affect the performance of the candle.
Unfortunately, due to the delicate nature of candles, breakages and damages may occur during transit.
We are more than happy to replace damaged candles, within 2 days (48hours) and must offer proof of damages in the form of a photograph to be eligible for refund, return or exchange.
Cancel
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of ordering. Please email with the subject line of “CANCEL ORDER x ORDER NUMBER” so we will pick up your email before 48hour time around time on emails.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
